Okay then…we can develop a fitness program specific to your goals. Whether you are looking for a basic program to get moving, or you are an athlete looking for a new program to bump you over a plateau, our programs are developed with your goals, your time limitations, and your access to fitness equipment in mind. We then set you free to workout on your own time.
Our program developer has an extensive educational background in exercise physiology. Check out her qualifications in “About Us”. She will work with you to establish realistic goals, discuss past injuries, assess your current fitness level, and develop a program specific to your goals.
Raw Score Fitness Program Development includes:
- An initial consult
- Realistic goal-setting
- An 8-12 week program, options include:
- Cardiovascular training, or
- Strength/resistance training, or
- Core conditioning, or
- Flexibility training, or
- Sport specific training, or
- Any and/or all of the above
- Monthly follow-ups (via telephone or e-mail)
